.NET 2.0 to Linux, Bridging the Gap?

CIO's (chief information officers) of corporations usually have a hard time deciding what platform to use. Microsoft offers an open source Mono-based .NET solution called Visual MainWin to help bridge the divide between J2EE and .NET developers within a corporation. The concept of MainWin is to develop in either J2EE or.NET, then deploy it to Java-enabled platforms like Linux.
